Testing is performed in our Waco, Texas Laboratory where validation testing as well as bacteriological tests are conducted. Personnel doing the testing are microbiologists with graduate degrees.
Tests conducted using PCR methods are:
- E.coli 0157:H7
- Salmonella
- Listeria monocytogenes
Other tests using AOAC, FDA, and USDA methods are:
- Generic E. coli
- Aerobic Plate Counts
- Yeast and Molds
- Lactic Bacteria
- Listeria species
- Membrane filtration for Bio burden
Other tests can be implemented as special needs demand.
